Our client is looking for TRIRIGA Developers to support a large federal task order contract. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of IT work experience in a large mission critical project involving COTS integration, management of information systems and software for the Department of State. The work involves supporting a large team of strategic consulting, operational and software development resources and overseeing all aspects of the project.

The TRIRIGA Developers are responsible for the implementation of customization within the TRIRIGA application platform supporting the Overseas Business Operations (OBO) Ideal Operating State (IOS) project. The Application Developer's role is to understand the customer’s application requirements, to work with the Business Analyst (and often a Technical Lead) who designed the customer’s application, and to implement the customized solution. Key Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with other organization elements within OBO to accomplish project work in an efficient and quality manner
• Conduct business analysis and facilitate workshops with the Product Owner and their staff
• Investigate, propose and document functional requirements to and support solution to requirements
• Prepare project requirements and design documentation
• Assist in TRIRIGA configuration
• Assist in creating user stories
• Lead end-user (acceptance) testing
• Experience working on implementations, gathering and evaluating business requirements, creating technical designs and documentation, and performing development / testing activities
• Knowledge of Open Text Brava!
• Knowledge of data migration tools, Extract Transform Load (ETL) scripts, etc.
• Knowledge of TRIRIGA technologies such as Single Sign On, GIS, CAD, Offline, Data Connect, Data Integrator
• Knowledge of TRIRIGA 9i and 10i Application (Real Estate, Lease, Space Management/CAD, Operations and Maintenance and Transaction Management
• Design, development and implementation of data integrations to/from the TRIRIGA application
• Relational database administration DBA skills and SQL

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance required; TS preferred
• BS or equivalent in CIS or related disciplines
• 3+ years’ experience in IBM TRIRGA as a lead developer, or 2 ½ years’ experience in information technology and ½ years’ experience with TRIRIGA within the past 5 years
• Experience using SOAP based xml web services, and Oracle databases
• At least, two TRIRIGA implementation projects including setting up TRIRIGA portfolio data

Hands-on customization, configuration, testing and deployment of the TRIRIGA solution through all phases of the Agile/Scrum software development life cycle

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in TRIRIGA
• State Department experience
• Certified Scrum Master or similar certification
