Senior Sales Professional – Healthcare Translation Organization (Remote-Austin)

Bulls Eye Recruiting is seeking a seasoned sales professional to significantly grow our client's translation services division. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of successful B2B translation sales experience, preferably into healthcare companies or similar large, complex organizations.

Key responsibilities include selling our client's award winning translation and cultural adaptation solutions into healthcare institutions. Our client has an outstanding 18-year track record translating and culturally adapting documents, content and websites for some of the country’s largest hospital systems and health insurance companies and long lists of qualified prospects. In brief, you’ll be able to “hit the ground running” and start making commissions on top of your generous base salary almost immediately!

Translation services is a multi billion dollar business and growing rapidly, especially in healthcare. This is a superb position for someone who wants to earn $100,000+ potential total annual income, while building life-long relationships in translations, communications, marketing and healthcare sales. This position will be remote and would love to have an individual in Texas.  Austin would be fantastic!

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Secure new client accounts for our client, which will generate year-over-year revenue
    • Attend trade shows to generate new business
    • Utilize industry lists, and online channels such as LinkedIn and referrals to build awareness and generate interest in their product
    • Generate qualified leads through outbound call campaigns to qualified hospitals, health plans, pharmaceutical companies and other prospects
  • Manage and grow business with assigned current clients
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, primarily by phone and via online meetings
  • Occasional travel to meet with key clients

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in consultative selling by phone and via online meetings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent follow up and management of accounts
  • Skilled at developing sales presentations and written proposals
  • Ability to travel on an occasional basis as required
  • Experience selling into the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
