POSITION SUMMARY: Technically savvy professional with 4 years of experience supporting communication and IT systems.This position requires experience supporting Service Desk support to the US Army.Qualified candidate must have strong windows knowledge and excellent communication and problem solving skills with demonstrated success in a team setting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• IAT-II
• Security+

• Experience in DOD SharePoint systems development preferred with 3- 5 years’ experience

• Gathering and analyzing technical requirements

• Developing test plans

• Developing user guides

• Demonstration of finish product to the customer

• POC between customer and developer

Must be a US Citizen and possess a Security Clearance due to Federal Contracting Requirements
