Responsible for the following tasks: Develop, document, and implement improvements to MCEITS knowledge management processes and procedures, including the current MCEITS documentation management plan; Develop, document and implement a training program in support of MCEITS knowledge management and the documentation management plan; Facilitate a knowledge and documentation management workgroup; Provide daily support and consultation for all MCEITS personnel regarding use and navigation of MCEITS knowledge management library and implementation documentation update procedures; Manage SharePoint site structure, navigation, Look & Feel, and site features to include pages, libraries, and lists; Manage SharePoint site permissions, security groups and user permissions.
DoD 8570 requirements: Billet must be filled with an IAT II level contractor
Experience: Must be of a senior level and possess understanding and experience of knowledge management principles and methodologies as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to manage small projects and work with minimal direction. Must be proficient in the management of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 sites and the use of Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Requires ITILv3 2011 Foundations certification.
Must be a US Citizen and possess a Security Clearance due to Federal Contracting Requirements
