We are looking to hire an associate/senior associate of FP&A to join our team and support our key executives. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day management of the business as well as aiding in the strategy and growth of the business. Candidates must be self-starting, adaptable, and prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work collaboratively with the accounting, sales, and executive teams
Collaborate with CFO and key business stakeholders to understand the financial results, key metrics, and trends in order to construct a narrative and make strategic recommendations
Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting packages including materials that support management, investor pitches, and board presentations
Identify and drive initiatives that continuously improve, automate, and scale reporting processes
Owning, improving, and updating the financial model
Help drive the annual planning and interim forecasting processes, ensuring alignment between strategy, operations and financial plans
Perform financial scenario analyses to support long-term planning and strategic decision making
Partner with People Operations to manage scaling and growth of headcount
Partner cross-functionally on budgets, forecasting, expenses, benchmarking, analyses and reporting
Proactively drive ad hoc strategic and operational analyses and projects
Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting. CPA or MBA is a plus.
3-5 years experience in financial planning & analysis / corporate finance or accounting. Experience in investment banking is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, Tableau preferred
Analytical and strategic mindset, always looking to deep dive into the figures and challenge the numbers.
Extremely strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience building financial models and preparing slide decks that clearly convey analysis and conclusions
Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently, while also able to build strong internal relationships and build consensus on critical initiatives
Ability to be flexible, multi-task, have strong organizational, project management, communication and leadership skills to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a constantly changing fast-growing start-up environment.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey recommendations and conclusions to senior leadership.
Openness to a team mentality; willing to get hands dirty and help with whatever needs to be done
