We are seeking a Product - Internal Systems Lead to join Declare, a team that is committed to gender equality and professional advancement. This leader must be able to holistically assess and diagnose systems + tools and implement solutions, while keeping in mind the team’s business needs. You will play a key role as we scale.
Your next challenge:
Assist in scoping out improvements to our various tools and systems, as well as their integrations, & implementing such improvements. Current tools include primarily Salesforce, and secondarily Tableau, Splash, Mixmax, Wordpress, Hivebrite, Stripe, Moonclerk, Vimeo, & Google Forms
Make recommendations on tech stack & assist with implementation of new tools as necessary, for example, within Martech
Management of relational databases
Generation of reports, dashboards, and key metrics as requested both on Tableau and internal files
You will be effective if you have:
Knowledge of data management: object creation, object relations, storage transfer, syncing of data
Salesforce experience specifically API access knowledge and general integrations (Zapier, for example)
Knowledge of Tableau: generating worksheets, dashboards, stories synced real-time to salesforce
Experience with all other tools: Splash, Wordpress, Mixmax, Hivebrite, Stripe, Moonclerk, Vimeo, Google Forms would be extremely helpful, but not necessary, as long as you can dive in and learn them.
The ability to translate technical themes to non-technical, cross-functional team members and translate non-technical requests into solutions
Technical Sales Ops & Marketing Ops experience very helpful, but not necessary; enthusiasm to learn these areas would be a great plus
Note: This role could be part-time or full-time, depending on the extent of your expertise with our current tech stack as well as Martech, and your abilities in technical Sales Ops & Marketing Ops. It could begin as part-time and evolve into full-time, as well.
