We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing to join Declare, a team that is committed to gender equality and professional advancement. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing strategy on company marketing initiatives that contribute to our high growth goals, including demand generation across all channels, product and solutions marketing, customer acquisition, marketing operations, content, events, social media, AR/PR, and branding. You will play a key role as we scale.
Your next challenge:
Devise brand positioning and marketing strategies to generate awareness and reach new customers
Act as a keeper of the Declare brand and continuously articulate and execute creative programs, both internally and externally
Grow overall company revenues by using inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, and email marketing
Lead our product launch process, including company readiness, collateral updates, PR initiatives, and digital campaigns
Work closely with field sales, inside sales, marketing, and company leadership to quickly iterate and refine Declare’s messaging and content
Partner with the product team and operations team to translate product strategies into thoughtful narratives that resonate with customers
Conduct user research and relay user feedback and insights back to the leadership team, and translate these insights into hypotheses, devise actionable and measurable marketing initiatives
Develop and oversee the strategy for content generation across all our properties and campaigns, including white papers, blogs, and presentations
Deliver enablement materials such as demos and videos for customer facing teams
Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with influencers
Attend and speak at industry trade shows and meetups
You will be effective if you have:
7+ years of experience in growth marketing or marketing experience
Experience establishing metrics, gleaning community insights and recommending strategies that achieve marketing goals
Robust analytical skills and a desire to use data in creative ways to drive and measure results
Excellent interpersonal skills for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging
