We are in search of an experienced Talent Acquisition Search Partner for our growing team at a mission-based startup. Declare is dedicated to addressing gender and minority imbalances in the workplace by partnering with companies dedicated to diversity in order to attract, promote, and retain top talent in high-impact roles. In this position, you will help place candidates at our partner organizations across industries and levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop revenue projections for search business and meet revenue targets.

  • Prospect, build, and maintain business partnerships by networking with potential clients.

  • Oversee the full recruiting life-cycle by developing specific strategies for each role and managing resources effectively.

  • Participate in the identification and screening process and present qualified candidates to clients for review.

  • Manage candidate expectations regarding partner organization interview processes and timelines.

  • Assist candidates in offer negotiations.

  • Participate in the evolution of the recruiting process by coming up with new ideas and providing suggestions for improvement in terms of talent identification, candidate attraction, creating events/webinars to engage with potential candidates.

  • Contribute to the growth of a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

  • Significant recruiting and business development experience with an extensive network in either the finance or technology industries.

  • Experience developing and implementing effective talent acquisition solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to thrive consistently in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Proven track record with exceptional knowledge of effective recruiting tools and practices.
