Project Engineer Multifamily and Mixed-Use Construction

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review drawings, layouts, plans and specifications
  • Assist in developing project schedules, logs and monthly reports
  • Prepare RFI's, bid packages, scopes of work
  • Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Help prepare meeting agendas and record minutes
  • Play an integral part in maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Make recommendations to help reduce project costs and risks, improve efficiency and safety

Required Experience and Skills

  • 2+ years as a Construction Project Engineer or related role
  • Technical aptitude and comfort using Project Management and Scheduling Software as well as all Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Procore and/or Textura is a big plus
