THE ROLE

We are looking for a Client Relations Manager dedicated to helping our most valued customers reach their goals and outcomes by managing all corporate client operations for the Parity Professional Program (P3). Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, polished professional who enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders and is excited to be operating in a fast-paced environment on a small, but rapidly growing team.

  • You enjoy being a thought-partner and investing energy in building meaningful relationships with various stakeholders.

  • Comfortable representing the organization in a variety of situations, including client meetings and external-facing events.

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.

  • Committed to proactively deepening knowledge around diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • You are conversant in at least some of these products: Salesforce, SplashThat, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • 4+ years of prior relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree required. Masters degree in relevant field a plus.

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client relationships through all phases of the customer journey

  • Drive client meetings and lead on next steps.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.

  • Deliver excellent account management and customer service. Identify both short and long-term goals and continuously work to anticipate and resolve client needs.

  • Produce flawless client-facing deliverables: PowerPoint decks, onboarding packets, workshop agendas.

  • Some travel required.


THE DETAILS

Relationship Manager

  • People and relationships are pivotal to this role. You must be comfortable in front of a variety of audiences, ranging from the c-suite and beyond.

  • Prioritize the client experience. Manage up and laterally to influence and ensure things get done smoothly and in a timely manner to ensure program satisfaction.

  • Develop self and team to amplify organization’s vision by soliciting and implementing feedback from stakeholders and associates.

  • Manage and coordinate regular program debriefs with clients

  • Develop client facing deliverables including decks, participant packets, reports, etc.

Project Manager

  • Oversee a portfolio of diverse clientele spanning a range of industries, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Guide our most valued clients through a seamless onboarding and renewal process.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

  • Troubleshoot with clients and program members. Enure satisfaction while creating a feedback loop between Parity, client, and the client investment.

  • Gather, document, and analyze feedback to inform program efficacy

  • Maintain and update detailed documentation using CRM tools, i.e. Salesforce

Research and Data Management

  • Track, collect, and organize studies, research, and trends in the D&I space. Highlight and distill findings into usable content for internal and external audiences

  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members to collect data, including program trends.

  • Analyze both qualitative and quantitative program feedback and provide regular reports and status updates to clients

  • Identify and document gaps in the client journey. Remain focused on creating solutions and continual improvement.
