THE JOB

We are looking for a Community Manager to support member engagement in New York City for the Parity Professional Program (P3). Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, a skilled communicator who has client management experience and is excited to be operating in a fast-paced environment on a small, rapidly-growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day communication with members

  • Create, plan, and execute on engagement strategies

  • Conduct regular quality checks within programs and community forums, proactively addressing themes, trends, and problem areas

  • Develop promotion plans to increase usage and membership for the community

  • Design and execute networking opportunities

  • Develop, operationalize, and have overall accountability for member satisfaction

  • The ideal candidate has experience in client management, project management, and polished communication skills.

  • You are passionate about building community and love seeing your hard work pay off with a successful event, ecstatic clients, and happy members

  • You thrive when juggling many moving parts simultaneously, and you can turn up the hustle when necessary

  • You are conversant in at least some of these products: MixMax, Salesforce, Asana, SplashThat, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
