We are looking for a Customer Success / Community Manager to support member engagement in New York City for the Parity Professional Program (P3). Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, a skilled communicator who is outgoing, enjoys working with clients and is excited to be operating in a fast-paced environment on a small, rapidly-growing team.
Manage day-to-day communication with members
Create, plan, and execute on engagement strategies
Conduct regular quality checks within programs and community forums, proactively addressing themes, trends, and problem areas
Develop promotion plans to increase usage and membership for the community
Design and execute networking opportunities
Develop, operationalize, and have overall accountability for member satisfaction
