We are looking for a Customer Success / Community Manager to support member engagement in San Francisco for the Parity Professional Program (P3). Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, a skilled communicator who is outgoing, enjoys working with clients and is excited to be operating in a fast-paced environment on a small, rapidly-growing team.

We have a community of 115 women across finance, tech, law, consulting and startups in San Francisco with tenure ranging from 1 - 20 years of experience. We host monthly Speaker series known as “Parity Talks” in San Francisco.


  • Manage day-to-day communication with members

  • Create, plan, and execute on engagement strategies that drive community growth

  • Conduct regular quality checks within programs and community forums, proactively addressing themes, trends, and problem areas

  • Develop promotion plans to increase usage and membership for the community

  • Design and execute networking opportunities

  • Develop, operationalize, and have overall accountability for member satisfaction

  • Execute and attend all P3 events and monthly Parity Talks

  • Onboard new members
