In this role, you will be directly involved in driving the growth of the company by overseeing brand, public relations, member acquisition and retention, and marketing communications that support both our company and individual memberships.

Lead development and execution of marketing and communications across all business functions
Leverage community and resources to competitively position Parity and its businesses
Conduct competitive landscape research and utilize insights to refine and further differentiate the brand
Plan and manage both short- and long-term marketing campaigns focused on the acquisition and retention of members
Generate aligned strategies (across social, brand, and member marketing) that maximize reach and engagement across various channels
Produce and integrate thoughtful, original, and compelling content
Identify new audiences and channels for growth
Coordinate logistics and ensure successful and timely delivery of all projects
Maintain brand consistency across all communications and platforms
Analyze quantitative data and qualitative feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive enhancements
Establish valuable partnerships with external organizations (e.g., PR firms) that will help to further drive and promote Parity’s mission
8-10 minimum years of experience in a marketing function dealing with both strategy and tactical operations
Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited university
Experience with a female-focused brand is preferred
Experience in education, community, and member-based businesses is a plus
Passionate and entrepreneurial with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
Understanding of / command over a variety of marketing disciplines
Data and analytical bias and experience in understanding the customer base and creating a strategy to address their needs.
Proactive, motivated, and resourceful; able to work independently and collaboratively in a results-driven environment
Ability to think both analytically and creatively to generate innovative ideas and solutions
Demonstrated track record of excellent performance
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to lead and supervise a team
Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms
Skilled use of PowerPoint, Mixmax, Salesforce, social media platforms, SEO tools, Asana
