We are in search of an experienced Senior Recruiter for our growing team at a mission-based startup. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
At least 8-10 years of recruiting and business development experience with an extensive network in either the finance or technology industries
Experience developing and implementing effective talent acquisition solutions
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive consistently in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Proven track record with exceptional knowledge of effective recruiting tools and practices
Prospect, build, and maintain business partnerships by networking with potential clients
Oversee the full life-cycle of recruiting by developing specific strategies for each role and managing resources effectively
Participate in the screening process and present qualifying candidates to clients
Assist candidates in offer negotiations
Participate in the evolution of the recruiting process by coming up with new ideas and providing suggestions for improvement
Contribute to the growth of a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline
