We are in search of an experienced and driven Recruiting Associate for our growing team at a mission-based startup. Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
Prior and relevant experience in a recruiting function
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skill and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM or ATS software is a plus
Support team with the recruitment of professionals for roles in finance and technology
Identify active and passive candidates through a variety of sourcing methods
Create job descriptions for search assignments and gain and understanding of the role and requirements
Manage candidate flow and track and monitor interview process by maintaining contact with both candidates and clients
Assist in candidate pre-screening and qualifying
Provide exceptional experience during the full life-cycle of recruiting
