Vice President, Head of Learning

We are in search of a seasoned and creative Head of Learning for our growing team at Parity Partners. The Parity Professional Program (P3) was created to cultivate the next generation of leaders across the investment and technology industries. The program is designed to help women develop robust skills and build targeted networks to accelerate their careers. In this role, you will oversee the development, execution, and evaluation of the P3 curricula and use member and data insights to continue to evolve the program through future iterations.


  • Create a strategic roadmap and build a process for curriculum development

  • Plan, direct, and manage all aspects of development and execution

  • Lead market research to identify demand and trends in the professional development space

  • Maintain familiarity with current research around standards and best practices for women’s professional development

  • Leverage innovative methods and draw upon trends and research to construct engaging and didactic curricula for various levels of experience

  • Ensure that curriculum themes and concepts are fully aligned with the company’s brand and mission

  • Develop and sustain relevant partnerships to continually expand, curate, and evolve content

  • Devise plans to incorporate curricula with external learning experiences (e.g., workshops, summits)

  • Conceptualize and communicate strategies to maintain excellent quality in offerings

  • Oversee consistent implementation of vision across all target markets

  • Source insights and synthesize feedback to inform thoughtful, data-driven decisions to further develop the program

  • Manage and collaborate with P3 team to ensure best-in-class products


  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited university

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in designing and developing curriculum

  • Experience with a female-focused brand is preferred

  • Experience in the professional education, community and member-based businesses is a plus

  • Clear sense of vision and direction with innovative ideas

  • Able to have both an analytical and creative perspective in approaching tasks and problems

  • Knowledge of curriculum construction best practices and current trends

  • Dedicated work ethic with an ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated and able to successfully execute both independently and as a team member

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Meticulous, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
