A mid-sized firm in Omaha is seeking a Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant who enjoys and has experience in general corporate work, mergers and acquisitions. Candidate must be experienced with corporate formation, annual minutes and electronic filings.

Requirements of Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a law firm 

  • Provided day-to-day administrative and clerical support for Attorneys and Paralegals.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, document management systems, electronic filing and Adobe Professional.

  • Knowledge of legal terminology, process and procedures.

  • Draft legal documents and correspond professionally.

  • Capable of managing calendars and deadlines.

  • High attention to detail, keen organizational skills, professional written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to interact with clients, attorneys and other legal support staff in a team environment.
