Legal Administrative Assistant

A West Omaha law firm is seeking a reliable, experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join their employment law team.

Duties & skills associated with this role:

  • Ability to communicate in Spanish & English (both verbally & in writing) preferred.

  • Experience preparing petition packets for filing with U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services & other entities is preferred.

  • Create and edit legal documents by following written or verbal directions.

  • Maintain efficient and organized electronic files.

  • Knowledge of legal terminology, legal forms, documents, practices and procedures.

A minimum of three years of relevant secretarial work in a legal setting is required.
