Location: Atlanta, Georgia with some remote flexibility

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and manage a team of sales professionals while also engaging in sales activities to drive revenue and expand the customer base. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure that the corporate goals and objectives are met in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:


  • Heavy emphasis on Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales and business development professional

  • Monitor compliance to and use of pricing models to ensure the corporate profit level goals of the Company.

  • Oversee the business development, lead generation, and sales funnel process for new customer acquisition.

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Base =$200k

  • Variable Bonus: $150k (target)

  • OTE year 1: $350k

  • 401K *21 or older
