We’re Hiring a Business Development Manager in Richardson!
Our Client has been servicing the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex since 1991 as the largest regional staffing firm. We are currently searching for a successful sales professional for their Richardson branch. Some highlights of why people want to work for our client:

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following:
· GPA of 3.0+ from a 4-year accredited college
· 2-3 years of business to business direct sales experience outside of staffing industry
· Sales production results displayed on resume
· Promotion in career progression
· Experience with Salesforce.com CRM
· Experience selling to Human Resource Leaders is highly desirable
· Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
· Ability to handle and resolve problems independently and in a team environment
· Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power point
· Ability to multi-task
· Highly organized
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Self-disciplined and self-motivated
· Must pass background check with no felonies
· Good driving record required (one DUI is tolerated but not more)
Compensation and Benefits
· Base salary plus variable compensation
· Annual bonus for hitting sales quota, plus all-expense paid annual incentive trip (typically Mexico) for team member and spouse (all-inclusive)

· Substantial Profit Sharing paid out to vested profit sharing members (approx. $45k in eachof the past 3 years)
