The Vice President of Sales must be willing to lead by example and through demonstration. S/he will be responsible for setting a sales strategy, motivating a sales team, and leading their team to advance the company’s position in the marketplace and grow the profitability of the business. Responsibilities: Train, coach and lead the Sales Team, and work cross-functionally with other employees/departments to deliver profitable revenue growth Heavy emphasis on net new business by prospecting, hunting for new business opportunities Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-performing sales team members. Build industry relationships to further brand recognition and develop new business lead channels. Compensation & Benefit: Base Salary: $160,000 Variable Commission: $20k+ Aligned with sales goals, objectives, and profitability Uncapped commission Projected Year 1 Earnings = $180k Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) plan with a 3% company match
