Job Description:

The role of the Vice President of Sales is to recruit, train, organize, direct, and motivate the sales organization in a manner that complements the goals and purpose of our client’s company.

The Vice President of Sales must be willing to lead by example and through demonstration. S/he will be responsible for setting a sales strategy, motivating a sales team, and leading their team to advance the company’s position in the marketplace and grow the profitability of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Train, coach and lead the Sales Team, and work cross-functionally with other employees/departments to deliver profitable revenue growth

  • Heavy emphasis on net new business by prospecting, hunting for new business opportunities

  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-performing sales team members.

  • Build industry relationships to further brand recognition and develop new business lead channels.

Compensation & Benefit:

  • Base Salary: $160,000

  • Variable Commission: $20k+

  • Aligned with sales goals, objectives, and profitability

  • Uncapped commission

  • Projected Year 1 Earnings = $180k
