Based in Fishers, IN, ROISG is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Client Consultant to take the lead on business development and talent acquisition responsibilities. The successful applicant will focus on building relationships from existing clientele as well as bringing on new clients who can benefit from our leadership consulting and recruitment services.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be sourcing passive candidates for open clients' roles, and as a Client Consultant you will be building relationships across our divisions of healthcare, government, construction, and/or technology.

This role is responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and strong relationship building. You will report to the Founder and President of the organization. We are looking for a sales-oriented professional who values productivity and customer engagement. The candidate most importantly embraces our mission, vision, and core commitments and is a strong relationship builder.

Qualified candidates will have a strong sales and business development experience. Previous experience building relationships is preferred. Experience in healthcare, construction, and/or technology is preferred.

The candidate may be required to travel to clients occasionally. This position is remote. A compensation package includes retirement benefits, eligibility for annual incentive trip with your plus one, other reimbursables, and annual bonus for meeting annual goals.
