ROI Search Group is a recruiting company based in Indianapolis seeking an experienced Senior Client Consultant to take the lead on business development and sales responsibilities. The successful applicant will focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele as well as bringing on new clients who can benefit from our recruitment services. As a Senior Client Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and relationships. You will report to the Founder and President of the organization. We are looking for a sales-oriented professional who values productivity and customer engagement - and who most importantly embraces our mission, vision, and core commitments and is a strong relationship builder.
Qualified candidates will have a strong sales and business development experience. Experience in recruiting industry and/or human resources is preferred.
The candidate may be required to travel to clients occasionally. This position is remote and based in Indiana. This is a 100% commissioned W-2 position with retirement benefits with a nice compensation plan and bonus structure. Eligible for annual incentive trip with your plus one and other reimbursables.
